    • Member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI)
    • Completed a series of Arista Engineering Courses
    • Attended The American Real Estate School
    • Licensed by the State of NY #316000035186
    • Completed 140 hrs. of classes for Home Inspectors (A must requirement for NY State Lic.)
    • Hold a Master Electricians Lic.#2214-ME
    • Passed NACHIs test for Home Inspectors
    • Carry full liability insurance
    • I fulfill at least 24 hours of continuing education every year
